Our event service managers will plan all aspects of your group’s stay, including airport transportation, special menu requests, billing, signage and more. They also act as the direct liaison between the groups contact person and the various departments of Hospitality Services.

Event Services include 3 departments:

• Audiovisual Crew – Responsible for setup of meeting rooms & equipment at either
  Penn State meeting location
• Refreshment Break Staff – Provide breakfasts, coffee breaks & beverages
• Concierge – Handles all guest requests, event signage, business services, etc.
