At The Penn State Conference Center Hotel, our event planners arrange all aspects of the group’s stay, including special dietary requirements, billing, signage in banquet halls, University Park airport transportation and more. The manager serves as the direct liaison between the group contact and the various departments of The Penn Stater.

Event Services include 3 departments:

• Audiovisual Crew – Responsible for setup of meeting rooms and equipment
• Refreshment Break Staff – Provides breakfasts, coffee breaks and beverages
• Concierge – Handles all guest requests, event signage, business services, etc.
